Working Principle:
The tabletop candy depositor machine of three main modules: a constant-temperature feeding system, a PLC-controlled servo-driven quantitative depositing system, and a mold conveying and forming system. After the prepared syrup is poured into the heated hopper, the operator configures production parameters
such as depositing time, temperature, and the number of rows and spacing of the molds via the PLC touchscreen. Once the machine is started, the syrup is evenly deposited into silicone molds through the nozzles. The conveyor belt operates in synchronization with the depositing cycle; upon completion of a depositing run, the molds are automatically advanced from the station to await cooling and forming.
